Actress Patricia Heaton stumped for the Romney-Ryan campaign in North Canton, Ohio on Friday, reports the Los Angeles Times.

“I get the pleasure of introducing our next vice president,” Heaton said. “I have to tell you, backstage I didn’t recognize him with his shirt on. And I did wear orange not only because I’m a Browns fan, but I was afraid Paul would have his shotgun. I just wanted to make sure he knew I was here and where I was standing.  Didn’t want to get any buckshot.”

Although an Ohio native, Heaton now lives in California and explained the hardships the state is dealing with.

“I live out in California, it’s a beautiful state with a lot of beautiful resources and wonderful people but it’s being run into the ground,” Heaton said. “The taxes are out of control in California, the jobs are going down, businesses are fleeing, and that’s happening all around the country as you know.”

Heaton praised Mitt Romney as a job creator and said she believes he can turn things around.

“On Nov. 6 we have an opportunity to vote for someone who has been a successful job creator in the private sector,” Heaton said. “We have an opportunity to vote for someone who, as governor, brought both parties together and turned a deficit into a surplus and balanced the budget. We have an opportunity to vote for a team who believes in the greatness of this country, who believes that everybody should have a shot at the American dream and who will set politics aside to do what is right for the American people.”

Heaton is one of the few prominent conservatives in Hollywood. She recently attended a fundraiser for Romney in Beverly Hills.

On Thursday the Meatloaf and country singers Big and Rich campaigned with Romney in Defiance, Ohio.

Jeff Foxworthy Campaigns for Romney

Comedian and television host Jeff Foxworthy campaigned for the Romney campaign in Colorado Springs on Saturday.

Foxworthy discussed a variety of topics including the national debt and economy.

“It’s a disaster, it’s exactly the formula for what has happened to Greece and what’s happening to Spain right now, we cannot sustain this,” Foxworthy said. “We have to put people back to work, we have to get control of this national debt, and if we don’t our kids are not gonna know the same country that we knew.”

Foxworthy advocated for the Romney/Ryan ticket, and said they were the candidates that could improve the economy and get people back to work.

“It’s time for somebody that understands business to get in and run the biggest business in the world, which is the government of the U.S., and put people back to work and cut this runaway debt,” Foxworthy said.

Local media affiliates noted that many in the crowd were dressed in bright orange hunting attire and the comedian addressed the issue of conservation.

“It’s like Clint Eastwood said. This country is ours. We own this country, we own this land. I don’t want somebody cutting it off from public use or making it national monuments. It’s our land. The right to hunt and fish, somebody died for that somewhere,” Foxworthy said.

Foxworthy slammed the Obama campaign for not focusing on the issues at hand.

“This election is not about Big Bird, and it’s not about binders, it’s about jobs,” Foxworthy said. “It’s about people losing 30-40 percent of their net worth, it’s about people being out of work for years and years, it’s about the national debt.”

Romney Campaign Auctioning Off Guitar Signed By Kid Rock

The Romney campaign is auctioning off a guitar signed by rocker Kid Rock and and Vice Presidential candidate Paul Ryan.

The guitar, retailed at $300, will be auctioned off to a lucky supporter who is signed up on the Romney campaign list. Once signed up, supporters are automatically entered to win.

The rocker recently endorsed Mitt Romney at a rally in Rochester, Michigan. The rocker also played at the RNC and his song “Born Free” is frequently played at campaign rallies.

“I am very proud to say that we had elected our first black president,” he said at the rally in Michigan. “I’m sorry he didn’t do a better job. I really wish he would have, I do. But, the facts are the facts, and we just saw them come to light in the last debate. With no outside BS, no bias media involved, no interruptions, and negative political ads every five seconds, and most importantly no d**n teleprompters. Yeah, I enjoyed it so much I think I might throw a kegger for the Ryan-Biden debate.”

Tom Morello Rips Paul Ryan, Discouraged By Obama

Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello is not shy about sharing his political opinions. In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, he lets out his frustrations with American politics.

In August, Morello wrote a scathing op-ed to the Rolling Stone that ripped Rep. Paul Ryan for listing the band as one of his favorites. It seems his feelings haven’t changed for the Vice Presidential candidate.

“[Rage] is a band that casts the nets really wide, and that’s part of the strength of the band,” Morello said. “People are drawn to it by the music, the aggression, the rockingness of it, and then they’re exposed to different ideas. Paul Ryan was a jackass before he listened to it, came out a jackass at the end, so he missed a lot of it.”

When reflecting on President Obama‘s first term, Morello admits he had more hope.

“I drank a little bit of the kool-aid initially,” Morello said. “It looked different than any other president, sounded different than any other president, and then he acted the same as all the other presidents. If you have war crimes on your record, and you still continue to suck at the corporate teat like he does — my hopes were higher.”

Since the Occupy movement began, Morello has been a strong advocate and has visited different occupy locations around the country.

“I think that there have already been great successes. One is, the idea that this horrific economic inequality exists, it’s already something on the front page,” he said. “The great, dirty, five letter word you can’t say in America — class — is on the front page of the New York Times. When in memory has a Republican candidate had their feet held to the fire because they’re too rich? That’s a result of Occupy. It’s just not okay, when some people are starving to death, and others have six yachts or whatever, that shit’s not cool.”

Mary Hart at NFRW With Ann Romney and Jenna Ryan

Former ‘Entertainment Tonight’ host Mary Hart hosted a luncheon at the National Federation of Republican Woman at the RNC in Tampa at the end of August. Both Ann Romney and Jenna Ryan (wives of Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan) spoke at the lunch. In the video, the daughter-in-laws of Ann Romney speak.

Hart, married to Hollywood producer Burt Sugarman have been staunch Republican supporters over the years. Hart has contributed to Republican candidates and Sugarman recently attended a fundraiser for Mitt Romney in Beverly Hills.
