A bevy of Hollywood A-listers turned out for Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton at a fundraiser in Los Angeles on June 19.
Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire and his wife Jennifer Meyer, Elizabeth Banks, Dustin Lance Black, and producers Howard Gordon and Bruce Cohen were among the Hollywood stars opening up their wallets for Clinton.
Maguire and Meyer, as well as HBO’s Michael Lombardo, opened their homes for two separate events for the former Secretary of State.
Tickets for the exclusive events were priced at $2,700 per person. This is Clinton’s second trip to Los Angeles for fundraisers since announcing her candidacy for president. In May, Clinton raised a reported $3 million at the homes of Steven Bochco and Haim Saban.
The entertainment industry’s left-leaning political bent has made Clinton an early favorite for the 2016 election.
